Core Judo Membership Agreement

By enrolling in Core Judo, I agree to the following:

• Membership fees are automatically charged according to the selected membership plan. I authorize Core Taekwondo/Core Judo to charge the payment method provided.

• All payments are final and nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes, absences, or unused membership time.

• Membership cancellation applies to future billing periods and must be submitted before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

• Founding membership rates are subject to change. Core Taekwondo/Core Judo will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any rate increase takes effect.

• Members are expected to follow all school rules, safety guidelines, and respectful conduct standards.

• Core Taekwondo/Core Judo reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate a membership for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct.

By completing enrollment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these membership terms.
